(Chillicothe) – The Ross County NAACP will join with Chillicothe-Ross Public Library to host a Black History Celebration event on February 16th called “Black Resistance: Songs of Freedom.”
The event starts at 7pm and will be held in the Main Annex Room B, behind the Chillicothe-Ross Public Main Library at 140 South Main Street.
The entire program will feature songs from various groups from the community, along with a special dance presentation.

The Celebration event is open to the public.
