My concern is the lack of transparency and no one seems concerned about the inconvenience and the safety of the school buses on the detours to get the children. Very dangerously narrow and poorly maintained routes that have been used for the last several months.we feel there should be immediate concern to repair the slippage between Nicholas ridge rd. And Raines rd. (Which has been in need of repair for several years now) there’s been other repairs in that area by state workers for quite a while patching the slippage but never addressing the problem. Maybe if all these workers gathered in their trucks for hours daily were actually working,. (I can send multiple pics) then our children would not have to be endangered due to being rerouted. This road is a main route used by many families and should be considered as priorities. We as families, residents and tax payers deserve safe , operational access on any state budgeted road or highway. We’re asking this be prioritized before a tragedy occurs. REPAIR THE ROAD!
