Ross 4-H Creates Food & Fashion Board

Presented By McDonald’s

(Ross 4-H Extension)- Ross County 4-H has announced the formation of the new Ross County Food and Fashion Board. The applications are now open at https://go.osu.edu/rcffb

(Ross County 4-H Extension Facebook)

The board is a selective organization that promotes passion, education, and leadership in the Family and Consumer Sciences for 4-H teens. On the Food and Fashion Board, members will plan events like FCS Judging, Bake Review, Style Review, and much more, and develop workshops for younger 4-H members and community service activities for the people of Ross County.

“The board will also explore careers in FCS through conversations with industry professionals and tours of food and fashion businesses. Teens will also have fun meeting people from around the county!”

The group of teens will be selected through an application and interview process. Board Applicants must be 13 years old (as of Jan. 1), have taken at least 3 FCS 4-H Projects, and currently be enrolled in a Ross County 4-H and in an FCS project Applications open on February 14th and will close on March 6th at 11:59pm.
