Ross EMA Director Urges More People To Get Emergency Mass Notifications

Presented By Horizon Connects

Ross County Emergency Management Director, Paul Minney, is urging more Ross Countians to subscribe to the free emergency text service known as Emergency Mass Notification.

The text, voice or email message alert system will notify residents of natural and manmade emergencies and disasters, notifying all Ross County residents of pending emergencies.

EMA Director Paul Minney told Litter Media’s Mike Smith that many Ross Countians have subscribed, but details how less than 40% of the population is connected to the E.M.N.
