Pike CAC Hosts Painting Fundraiser

(Waverly) – The Events Committee of the Community Action Committee of Pike County (CAC) will be hosting “A Starry Night at CAC: A Painting Fundraiser” Event open to the public on Tuesday, August 16th at 6pm. This event will take place at the Pike County Senior Center (402 Clough Street in Waverly).

The supplies needed to paint your interpretation of Van Gogh’s famous masterpiece, Starry Night will be provided. Scioto County artist, Charles Haskins will be instructing throughout the event to offer assistance. 

Anyone who would like to participate in this event are required to register by Monday, August 1st. There is a $20 fee for adults and $15 for 13 and younger (payable to the Community Action Committee of Pike County). The proceeds will go to the Events Committee to assist with funding future community events (e.g. Trunk-or-Treat, Reindeer Games, Easter Egg Hunt, etc). Donations to the Events Committee are always greatly appreciated.
