Veteran Suicide Prevention Among Emphasis of Ruck 22 Free Concert

(Chillicothe) – First Capital Ruck 22 will be hosting a free concert October 15th, with an emphasis on information and resources to prevent Veteran suicides.
The Yoctangee Park event will consist of the following:
8am Registration for 22km Ruck
9am 22km Ruck to start
10am Registration for first 5km
11am First 5km to start
12pm Registration for 2nd 5km
1pm 2nd 5 km to start
1pm Singer Jimmy Burger will perform
5pm Country music band Hillbilly Chic to perform
The 22 steps of reflection will be an all day event, this event is for those that do not wish to Ruck 22 KM or 5 KM
22 steps is exactly that. 22 steps where the indvidual will walk 22 steps while reading FACTS about veteran suicide.
We are asking for a donations of $22 for each event that the individual would like to participate in.
ALL monies will go to organizations that work to bring veterans together, to assist in suicide prevention and general overall wellness of the veterans mental health.
22 Steps of Reflection, will be an all day event, taking 3–5 minutes to complete, with signs of facts about veteran suicide.
At 6pm will be a free concert with country music star and veteran Ryan Daniel to perform from 6pm to 10pm. At 10:30pm, 2030, the 22 steps of reflection signs will be read.

Supported by Ross County Commissioners, Chillicothe City Council, Chillicothe Visitors Bureau, and Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce.
