Ross County 4-H Awards Include Long-Time Contributors

Ross County Junior Fair 4-H officials honored some of their long-time workers for the highest honors in Ross County 4-H.

Jackie Detillion was presented with the “Friend of 4-H Award”, for her three decades of service and 32 years as project advisor of Clever Clovers 4-H Club.

The “late” Dan Winters and his widow Jean, were honored with the “Friend of Junior Fair”. The Winters couple served over three decades as club advisors and co-chaired junior fair livestock sales for many years.

Aidyn Danison and Jordan Suwanasing were awarded as 4-Hers of the year in the Junior Division, with Meredith Robinson and Gabe Lynch receiving the Senior Division 4-H awards.

Tuesday is Junior Fair Night at the Ross County Fair, starting at 7pm at the Grandstand.
