“We are so happy to be able to offer a beautiful air conditioned/heated facility with nice windows, porch and a large entrance! We will have a kitchen area for caterers with warming ovens and nice islands for preparing food. There will be dressing rooms and restrooms. We will have the capability to separate the large area into smaller rooms. We know this facility is needed in our community and we are also blessed with 1,493 campsites for people to stay during an event! This building will be seen by 86,000+ people during the Ross County Fair. Therefore, we are seeking partnerships to fund the development of this fabulous facility, that will serve many people for years to come! The cost of the new building will be approximately $4,000,000 and the size will be around 20,000 sq. ft. It will be a single story facility holding between 450-500 people. The event center will be utilized all year round. The cost can change between now and the construction date between 2023-2024 due to cost and availability of materials.”
