Fayette County Historical Society Museum Reopened Following Restoration

(Washington CH) – The Fayette County Historical Society & Museum/ Morris Sharp House GRAND RE-OPENING was held July 1st following restoration.

Approximately 150 individuals toured the museum over the weekend with visitors from California and Michigan among others.

The Fayette County Historical Society was founded in 1948 and bought the home in 1958.

The museum is located at 517 Washington Ave in WCH and is OPEN Saturdays and Sundays 1pm-4pm.
