Chillicothe’s Belleview Avenue To Close for Construction Project

(Chillicothe) – The City of Chillicothe’s Engineering Department announces that Belleview Avenue will be closed from Grand Avenue to Pohlman Road for an estimated four weeks beginning on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 7am. Residents of the impacted area will have access to and from their homes. Please use caution and watch for both construction vehicles and workers. All other motorists are advised to take alternate routes.

Motorists are encouraged to utilize Carlisle Place, West 5th Street and Keller Road as alternate routes; the closure area and alternate routes are pictured below. The project will include sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements, in addition to curbs, gutters, and new asphalt.
