Selfie Stations Added To Many Ohio State Parks

(Columbus) – The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is unveiling new selfie stations located in 15 state parks and three state nature preserves. These stations are placed at perfect locations for capturing the stunning landscapes that Ohio’s parks and natural areas offer.
Ohio State Parks and State Nature Preserves are a treasure trove of scenic beauty, providing the perfect backdrop for photography enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. With a varied range of landscapes, from rolling hills and dense forests to tranquil lakes and cascading waterfalls, these parks offer an abundance of picturesque settings.

Whether you’re capturing the vibrant colors of fall foliage, the serene stillness of a winter wonderland, or the lush greenery of spring and summer, there’s always something breathtaking to photograph.
To add to the excitement, ODNR is inviting visitors to participate in a special selfie challenge. Snap a selfie at 10 different Ohio State Parks or State Nature Preserves selfie stations and email the photos to Will Armbruster at william.armbruster@dnr.ohio.gov. The first 50 people to complete this challenge will have the chance to win a 75th anniversary Ohio State Parks passport and could be featured on ODNR social media platforms. The campaign will run through late fall 2024 or until the 50-person limit is reached. Show off your adventures, share your favorite moments, and inspire others to explore the wonders of Ohio State Parks and State Nature Preserves.
