Article Presented By Hanes Total Healthcare Center…

(Chillicothe) – Ross County 4-H will be shooting for the moon, so to speak, with a February event among 15 area 4-H clubs. The 2025 Ross County 4-H Building Block Challenge will be held February 20th at the Service Center.

Ross County 4-H Junior Leaders Club will be welcoming participants to an out of this world engineering challenge, called “Mission To The Moon.” The challenge groups should be ready at lift off to head to the moon, learning more about 4-H, constructing space certified building block projects, and exploring the world beyond planet earth.

The program is designed to push participating youth to develop new skills, learn about the engineering process, and explore Ross County 4-H. 15 teams of 3rd through 8th grades will have different age appropriate challenges.

The deadline to register is February 1st, 2025 at https://go.osu.edu/buildingblock25
