(Circleville) – The Pickaway County Visitors Bureau has completed Phase 1 of its Welcome Center Enhancement Project. Phase 1 focused on an interior refresh of the Welcome Center at 325 West Main Street and installing a new outdoor map and kiosk that provide 24/7 access to area information for visitors.
The improvements are part of a multi-phase effort to make the Welcome Center more inviting, informative, and functional. Future upgrades will include exterior beautification, digital signage, and video content to showcase Pickaway County’s attractions and events.
“This project is a true community effort,” said Elizabeth Furniss, Executive Director of the Pickaway County Visitors Bureau. “We’re incredibly thankful for the support we’ve received, which helps us create a space that reflects the pride we have in our county and all it has to offer.”
The project was made possible with support from the City of Circleville, South Central Power Company Foundation, and the Pickaway County Community Foundation. In-kind services were generously provided by Captain Steamer, Breiner’s Lawn and Landscape, and We R One Pressure Washing. Annual supporters of the Visitors Bureau include Coughlin Automotive, The Savings Bank, and OhioHealth.
