Adena Names Day As New Boys Basketball Coach

Andrew Day is the new varsity boys basketball coach at Adena High School, replacing Ryan Olaker. Day has been the Adena girls basketball coach over the last five seasons where he has compiled a (106-32) record.

Day guided the Lady Warriors to back-to-back SVC titles in 2020-21 and 2021-22 and has been named SVC Coach of the Year three times in that stretch, while also been tabbed the District 14 Coach of the Year twice.

Prior to becoming head girls coach at Adena, Day served as a boys basketball assistant coach over two spans- in seasons 2006-2010 and again 2012-2018.
