(Circleville) – The Inspiration Station, presented by the Pickaway County Community Foundation, is partnering with Central Ohio leading children’s and science center, COSI, to bring the Inventor’s Playground event to Circleville and Pickaway County.
On Friday, May 2 from 5pm to 8pm, Inspiration Station is taking part in showcasing what the museum will have to offer once the exhibit building phase is complete as part of a four-day Science Festival being held April 30 through May 3 across Ohio.

Alexis Conrad, Pickaway County Community Foundation Executive Director, said, “We are so proud and excited to partner with COSI to bring this event to the Inspiration Station and our local families. Opportunities like this are why The Pickaway County Community Foundation has worked over the last several years to develop the Inspiration Station and we aim to bring this type of energy once the museum is open fully.”
Inventor’s Playground is a hands on STEM adventure that will take future scientists and inventors in elementary and middle school, along with their families. The young minds can tinker, build, experiment and play as they design simple machines, launch rockets, piece together dinosaurs and more. Everyone who attends will also receive COSI Kits as a take-home activity that will keep the discovery going after the event.
Conrad said, “We’re excited to bring people again into the Inspiration Station and provide younger members of the community with fun hands on activities that will inspire curiosity, wonder and joy.”
Tickets can be purchased online at yourpccf.org.
