Fairfield County Health Department Seeks Community Input on Health Needs
Article Presented By Classic Brands…
(Lancaster) – The Fairfield County Health Department is inviting all residents to participate in a brief Community Health Assessment Survey to help identify and better understand the health needs across the county.
The survey, which takes less than 20 minutes to complete, asks community members to share their thoughts on the most pressing health concerns, as well as ideas for how to make Fairfield County a healthier place to live, work, and play.
“Community input is critical to shaping public health programs and policies that reflect the real needs of the people we serve,” said Joe Ebel, Health Commissioner. “We hope residents will take a few minutes to share their experiences and priorities with us.”
The survey is voluntary and confidential, and responses will directly inform the development of public health strategies and initiatives in the coming years.
Residents can take the survey online at: www.surveymonkey.com/r/FairfieldCHA
Paper or PDF versions of the survey are also available upon request. To request a copy, email Baylie Blevins at baylie.blevins@fairfieldcountyohio.gov.
