Uptown Circleville Preps For “Uptown Classic” & “Christmas In July” Events

(Circleville) – Get ready for a festive weekend in Downtown Circleville as Uptown Circleville hosts the Uptown Classic 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament on Saturday, July 19, 2025. This community-centered basketball event is open to all teams ages 10 and up, including adult divisions. Games will take place on North Court Street between Main and High Streets, which will be closed to vehicle traffic for the event. A rain date is scheduled for Sunday, July 20.

The tournament is part of Uptown Circleville’s Christmas in July Sidewalk Sale-abration, a three-day shopping event from July 17 through 19, featuring downtown businesses offering festive deals, giveaways, and holiday-themed surprises. Visitors can also enjoy additional area activities throughout the weekend, making it a great time to explore Circleville.

“The 3-on-3 tournament brings excitement and energy to our streets,” said Jeff Rawlins, President of Uptown Circleville. “It is a fun and competitive event that also connects people to our downtown and shows off the pride we have in our community.”
