Enderlin Circle Closing

Enderlin Circle To Close For Appalachian Community Project

Article Presented By Rathkamp Financial…

(Circleville) – Chillicothe City Safety Service Director, Jeff Carman has announced that Enderlin Circle will be closed from Tritscheller Road to North Mulberry Street, starting Wednesday, November 5, 2025, for work related to the Appalachian Community Grant Program (ACGP). The closure will remain in place until the Yoctangee Park improvements are completed in September 2026.

Tritscheller Road and Enderlin Circle near the lake will remain open throughout the winter to accommodate Shine On’s Holiday Light Display. With construction ongoing at the Mulberry Street and Riverside Street intersection, park visitors are encouraged to use Yaple Road to access the playground parking lots, sand volleyball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, Pump House basketball court, Pump House Center for the Arts, floodwall steps, and Amvets, Easterseals, Heilman and Oldaker shelters.

Motorists should exercise caution while crews are at work. For additional questions, please contact the Service Department at (740) 774-1185 or by email at Service.Department@chillicotheoh.gov.
