CHILLICOTHE – The Southeastern High School Performing Arts Department is excited to announce an upcoming educational and performance trip to New York City from Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, May 29.
Students from the Concert Choir and Symphonic Band will represent Southeastern High School with a featured performance at the historic Church of St. Paul the Apostle in Manhattan on Wednesday, May 27. The performance opportunity provides students with the chance to share their musical talents on a national stage.

Students will participate in several educational and cultural experiences throughout the trip. Planned visits include Times Square, Top of the Rock, the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, and Museum of Modern Art. Students have an excellent opportunity to attend a theater-based movement workshop and watch two Broadway musicals, allowing them to experience world-class live theatre.
The Southeastern Performing Arts Department would like to thank the school board of education, administration, families, community members, and supporters whose encouragement and support have helped make this opportunity possible for students.
