Adena Girls & Huntington Boys Claim Team Titles At Huntington Invitational

Two SVC teams won team titles out of a dozen schools participating at the Huntington Track & Field Invitational Monday.

Adena Girls ran away from the rest of the 12 team field with 146 points, with Westfall second at 88 points. The rest of the girls teams were Zane Trace (74), Wellston (69), Minford (61), Huntington (60), Piketon (53), Paint Valley (36), Linden McKinley (26), Chillicothe (25), Southeastern (14), and Huntington Ross B (1 point).

Huntington won the boys meet with 88.5 points and Minford was runner-up with 88 points. The other teams were Westfall (73), Adena (70), Paint Valley (66.50), Zane Trace (63), Piketon (57), Southeastern (47), Linden McKinley (33), Wellston (22), and Chillicothe (9 points).
