(Frankfort) — The Chillicothe-Ross Community Foundation has recognized Devon Handler, a vocal music educator from Adena Local Schools, as their Ross County’s Outstanding Educator for October.

Principals Josh Jones and Lisa Wayland, Adena Superintendent John Balzer, Devon Handler, Chillicothe-Ross Community Foundation Executive Director Scott Graham, and board president Neil Coleman were on-hand for the award presentation.
