Barthelmas Park Expansion Plan To Be Discussed at Two Public Meetings

Article Presented By The Bean Foundation…

(Circleville) – The City of Circleville is seeking public input on the expansion of Barthelmas Park. Members of the community are asked to participate in at least one of two upcoming town hall meetings to view the preliminary plans and share their ideas, concerns, and hopes for the park expansion project.

Meeting 1: 10/8/25, 2pm-4pm, Barthelmas Park, 830 Kingston Pike

Meeting 2: 10/8/25, 6pm-8pm, City Hall, 2nd floor, 127 South Court Street

If you are unable to attend one of these meetings but would still like to participate in the future of Barthelmas Park, contact Hannah Wynne, City Planner, directly (hwynnne@circlevilleoh.gov).
