Chillicothe Canal Tour Planned for June 22nd

(Chillicothe) – The Chillicothe Restoration Foundation is asking you to take a step back in time and explore the historic Ohio Erie Canal as it winds through Chillicothe. Follow its fascinating route with knowledgeable guides stationed at key sites along the way, ready to share stories and insights about the canal’s rich past.

The Canal Warehouse at the corner of Mulberry and Main, along with the Dard Hunter Studio Building on Water Street will be open the day of the tour. Tour cost $15 person, $20 for family (2 adults-2 children) Tour information booklets $7 when purchased with tickets or day of the tour.
