Chillicothe’s Cartae Ligon Leads All FAC Football Awards

Chillicothe running back Cartae Ligon has been named All Frontier Athletic Conference Football “Player of the Year.” The Cavaliers sophomore ran for over 2,000 yards and scoring 25 touchdowns.
