Columbus Symphony “Holiday Pops” Returning to Chillicothe

(Chillicothe) – The City of Chillicothe, the Chillicothe-Ross Community Foundation, and the Adena Health Foundation will team up again for the third annual “Holiday Pops Spectacular.” with the Columbus Symphony on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at the Ohio University Chillicothe Shoemaker Center beginning at 5pm.

Proceeds from this year’s concert will benefit the Adena Health Foundation’s Emergency Department Survivor Support Fund which supports sexual abuse survivors and the Chillicothe-Ross Community Foundation’s Community Fine Arts Fund.

The event will take place at the with a pre-performance by the Chillicothe High School orchestra. Then the Columbus Symphony will take the stage to perform their holiday spectacular featuring your favorite holiday songs and Christmas carols. This is a family- friendly event that is perfect for all ages. Hot beverages will be available during the concert with coffee stations provided by Two Roasting Joes. Santa will be making a special appearance during the concert and there will be an opportunity for the little ones to have photos with Santa following the concert.

Admission tickets are available in advance of the performance through Eventbrite.com or in-person at the Ross-Chillicothe Convention & Visitors Bureau at 230 North Plaza Blvd. Adult tickets are $20 for general bleacher seats and $5 for children 12 and younger. Any remaining general admission tickets will be sold at the door the night of the show.
