Cooks Hill Road Town Hall To Center On Requested Repair and Reopening

(Chillicothe) – American Legion Post 757 in Chillicothe is announcing a public Town Hall to address the ongoing closure of Cooks Hill Road.
A post on the Legion’s Facebook page states that the meeting will be held at their Post 757 location at 289 Cooks Hill Road starting at 7pm March 20th. They add that their hope is to getting the road repaired and reopened.
All businesses, County, State and Federal officials are being encouraged to attend. “We hope the citizens of Chillicothe that live in the area attend and support getting Cooks Hill Road reopened. Come let your voices be heard, it has been closed to long.”
Litter Media‘s Mike Smith was told by Ross County Engineer Charlie Ortman that he, along with Ross County Commissioners and State Representative Mark Johnson, will attend a follow-up meeting on the Cooks Hill Road issue scheduled for Monday, April 10th.
