Fairfield Union Sweeps Team Track & Field Titles at Meigs D-2 District Championships

Fairfield Union won both the boys and girls Division 2 District team championships Thursday at Meigs High School. The Falcons claimed the boys crown with 105 points, 7 ahead of runner-up South Point, while the Lady Falcons rolled up 159.5 points compared to 102.5 for runner-up Athens.

More than a dozen schools competed at the Meigs Meet, while schools in the northern half of D-2 for the Southeast District will have their finals at Washington CH later this week.
