(Chillicothe) – The Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio to bring an informative workshop to Ross County business owners and consumers.
The workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, August 16, between 10am-11am, at the Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce (or via zoom). Stephanie Evans, Operations Consultant with the Better Business Bureau, will join the meeting virtually to talk about the steps to filing a review or complaint and what the consumer can expect from the BBB. Likewise, she will discuss what the complaint means to the business on which the complaint is filed. Ms. Evans will also guide the business owner through appropriate responses, best practices, and filing for accreditation. BBB Central Ohio representatives will be in attendance to lend their expertise.
Brunch is provided by the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio. This workshop is being offered in person or virtually on Zoom. Please select your option when registering.
