
Haley K.L. Shreck Named Chillicothe OSP Trooper of the Year

(Chillicothe) – Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Haley K. L. Shreck has been selected as the 2025 Trooper of the Year at the Chillicothe Post.

The selection of Trooper Shreck, age 29, is in recognition of outstanding service during 2025 at the Chillicothe Post. Trooper Shreck was selected for this award by her peers, because of her enthusiastic work attitude, leadership abilities, community engagement, and her level of professionalism with her supervisors, peers, and the public.
Trooper Shreck is now in contention for the District and State Trooper of the Year Awards, which will be announced at a later date.
Trooper Shreck has received the Criminal Patrol Award in 2024 and 2025, the ACE Award in 2022, 2024 and 2025. She received the Master Trooper recognition in 2025.
Trooper Shreck joined the Ohio State Highway Patrol in 2017 and was a member of the 162nd Academy Class. Upon her graduation, Trooper Shreck has served at the Springfield Post, Xenia Post, Wilmington Post, Batavia Post, and Chillicothe Post. Trooper Shreck attended Valley High School in Scioto County. Trooper Shreck lives in Lithopolis, Ohio.
