(Chillicothe) – A lecture on the women who ran Adena Mansion in its residential years will be featured at Adena Mansion and Gardens on July 14th at 2pm.

During Adena’s 139 years of occupancy as a home (1807-1946), there have been four women who, each in her own time, could be called “The Lady of the House.”

Join local Worthington family historian Mary Anne Brown as she discusses Eleanor, Julia, Martha, and Clara and their years as wives, mothers, and hostesses at Adena.
