Music & Community Featured for August Circleville Boogie on the Blacktop

(Circleville) – The Pickaway County Visitors Bureau is thrilled to invite visitors and residents to “Boogie on the Blacktop,” a standout event in Circleville’s summer calendar. Presented by Circleville Eagles 685 and Steven Kline Productions, this lively outdoor celebration will take place on Saturday, August 24, 2024, and promises an evening filled with music, food, and community fun.

Beginning at 7pm, with gates opening at 6pm, the event will showcase the talented Columbus-based musical trio Shucking Bubba Deluxe. Known for their energetic performances and diverse repertoire spanning hip-hop, funk, alternative rock, and classics from Earth, Wind & Fire to Michael Jackson, Shucking Bubba Deluxe will set the stage for an unforgettable night.

Held at the Circleville Eagles’ venue, 135 E Main Street in Circleville, “Boogie on the Blacktop” invites guests to bring lawn chairs and enjoy a relaxed, open-air atmosphere. Attendees can savor offerings from various food trucks, quench their thirst with selections from the Classic Brands Beer Truck, and participate in a 50/50 raffle that supports local nonprofits.

Admission is just $5 at the door, and all proceeds will benefit community organizations. The Circleville Eagles’ strong commitment to their “People Helping People” mission makes this event a fantastic opportunity to be part of Circleville’s lively community while supporting great causes.
