New Philly Boys & Dover Girls Win D-1 District Track & Field Championship

New Philadelphia Boys and Dover Girls are Division 1 Southeast District Track & Field Championships, winning team titles at Marietta Thursday.

In the Boys Meet, New Philadelphia scored 136.50 points with Athens second at 125. Then came Dover 91,  Logan 72, Chillicothe 71.50,  Sheridan 53, Miami Trace 47, Tri-Valley 28, Marietta 23 and Zanesville 9.

In the Girls Meet, Dover wins with 119 points,  New Philadelphia 86, Logan 81, Marietta 64, Tri-Valley 61, Miami Trace 53, Chillicothe 50,  Athens 49 and Zanesville 10.
