Pickaway County Library to Host Santa on December 14th
Article Presented By Hometown-Motors, Inc.
From 1-3pm at the main branch of the Pickaway County Library on December 14, (located at 1160 North Court Street in Circleville) Santa Claus will make one of his many stops in southern Ohio before he returns on Christmas Eve.
Each family will have a checklist with a list of all of the activities there are to do at the library that day, including Santa in his rocking chair giving out candy canes and books, ice skating on wax paper, hidden Christmas Pickles scavenger hunt, build a box snowman, build a gingerbread house, color and cut out an ornament, make a gingerbread or reindeer ornament, make a fruit loop chain to decorate the Christmas tree, and a skee-snowball game, says Youth Services Manager Sharon Edgington.
As families head out to leave on the 14th, each child gets a cookie provided by the Friends of Library, and a take and make craft to do at home.
