(Chillicothe) – The 46th Annual Freedom Fund Scholarship Banquet will be held at the Christopher Conference Center, 20 North Plaza Blvd, Chillicothe, on October 14, 2023. The banquet starts at 6pm and the social hour is from 5pm-6pm.

The Speaker for the banquet will be Dr. Rick W. Smith Sr., Vice President, Economic and Workforce Development at Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education, President and CEO at Smith Consulting Solutions Inc. and he is also the former President & CEO of the United Way of Ross County.

This year’s theme is “Thriving Together.”
