The Ross-Pike Educational Service District has announced their winners of the Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Award. This program was established by the Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA) to promote and recognize outstanding academic achievement.

Alli Tobert from Southeastern was the Ross County award winner and Owen Armstrong from Scioto Valley was the Pike County award winner.

They will be honored at an OESCA luncheon in April.
