Ross YMCA Offering 2024 Lifeguard Certification

(Chillicothe) – The 2024 lifeguard class at Ross County YMCA is now open. This is the first time for the instructor teaching Red Cross curriculum, so Ross County “Y” is collaborating with the program coordinator at Pike County YMCA.

Dates are the following: October 26th 9am-6pm, October 27th, 9am-6pm, and November 2nd, 9am-4pm.

The cost is $299 per person. Those who wish to work as a lifeguard at the Ross County YMCA can be eligible for reimbursement upon working a set amount of hours
