The Division 2 Regional Track & Field Finals were a little busier than usual during Saturday’s finals. Some events planned for Day 1 of the meet had to be moved to the Day 2 schedule when storms suspended the meet earlier in the week.

Steubenville won both boys and girls team championships, with the boys compiling 61 points and the girls 66 points. The highest placing local girls teams were 4th place Sheridan and 7th place Circleville. The highest placing local boys team was Unioto in 3rd place.

Local individual regional champions include:
Peyton Proffitt- Westfall (girls pole vault)
Olivia Kennedy- Jackson (400 dash)
Sheridan Girls- (4×400 relay)
Unioto Boys- (4×800 relay)
Corey Schobelock- Unioto (3200 run)
Dariyonne Bryant- Portsmouth (boys high jump)
