Tornado Causes Damage in Pickaway & Fairfield Counties

The National Weather Service has confirmed that an EF0 tornado caused a path of damage in Pickaway and Fairfield counties Sunday afternoon, injuring four people.
An EF0 tornado has estimated winds of 40-72 mph and can cause light damage in the effected area.
The Pickaway County Sheriff reports that a woman was hospitalized with minor injuries after an RV she was in flipped on its side due to high winds south of Circleville.
Damage was also reported on the Logan Elm School campus as high winds blew a storage trailer into a building and damaged a fence line.
