The Assistance House of Ross County Announces their 2026 Board of Directors

CHILLICOTHE, OH – The Assistance House of Ross County is pleased to announce its Board of Directors for the 2026 term. These community leaders will oversee the organization’s mission to provide emergency assistance and vital support services to residents throughout the region.

The 2026 Executive Committee includes:

  • Laura Corcoran, President
  • Gabe Brown, Vice President
  • Julie Oates, Treasurer
  • Holly Loutsenhizer, Secretary

Joining the executive leadership is a diverse group of general board members dedicated to the organization’s growth and community impact. The 2026 Board of Directors also includes:

  • Carlene Beverly
  • Ethan Clark
  • Beth Workman
  • Denise Ruby Arnett
  • Angela Hirsh Patrice Hussey

“I am thrilled to have this talented group of individuals leading our organization in 2026,” said Cat Thatcher Bowen, Executive Director for The Assistance House. “The combined expertise of our executive officers and our general board members will be vital as we continue to expand our services and provide a safety net for our neighbors in Ross County.”

The Assistance House remains a cornerstone of local support, offering help with essential needs such as utilities, rent, and emergency resources. The new board officially assumed their duties effective January 1, 2026.
