Unioto Grabs 5th Straight SVC Golf Championship

The Unioto Shermans have won another SVC Golf Championship, winning Match #7 and placed second to Piketon in Match #8. The 2021 title is their fifth straight and 12th in the last 13 years. They’ve won 22 championships in school history.
Unioto’s Charlie Lewis is the SVC “Player of the Year”.
In Match #7, Unioto shot a 163, six strokes better than Piketon’s 169. Zane Trace was third, followed by Adena, Westfall, Paint Valley, Southeastern, and Huntington with no team score.
Unioto’s Charlie Lewis was medalist in Match #7 with a 36.

In Match # 8, Piketon won with a best fifth scorer for team score 167. Unioto was second, followed by Zane Trace, Paint Valley, Westfall, Southeastern and Adena.
Co-Medalist were Unioto’s Charlie Lewis and Piketon’s Gabe Dettwiller at 39.
