Westfall Defends SVC Boys Golf Title With Sweep of Final 2 Rounds

The Westfall Mustangs are SVC Boys Golf Champions for 2024, claiming the crown for a second straight season.

The Mustangs won Matches 7 and 8 at The Elks Course in Scioto County, to conclude the conference season.

Westfall finished 15 strokes ahead of runner-up Piketon in Match 7, shooting a 157 to Piketon’s 172. Westfall’s Brendan Biegler was medalist with a 37.

Match 8 also went to the Mustangs, firing a 171, which was three strokes ahead of runner-up Unioto at 174. Match medalist honors went to Huntington’s Tucker Taylor at 36.

Piketon was the SVC season runner-up, finishing 14 points behind Westfall’s 64 points.
