Westfall Girls Golf State Tourney Bound With District Championship

The Westfall Lady Mustangs are Division 2 District Golf Champs, firing a team score 357 Monday at Pickaway County Country Club. Circleville was runner-up at 372, but only Westfall advances to the state tournament as a team.

The Lady Mustangs team and their Monday scores are: Emily Cook (82), Maddie Cook (89), Paige Weiss (90), Marianne Packer (96) and Alexa Oney (103).

This is the Lady Mustangs third trip to State in last four years and fifth time overall since 2011.

Riley McKenzie of Crooksville is the lone individual player headed to the state tournament with a score of 81.
