(Red Cross Release) – The Red Cross depends on the generosity of volunteers to ensure blood products are available when patients need them.
“The blood drives and donation centers also depend on our incredible volunteers (you!) every single day. Thank you for your lifesaving gift of voluntary blood donation and blood drive hosting, according to Executive Director Katie Uhl. “You can encourage others to volunteer with you as a blood donor during National Volunteer month.”
FOR DRIVES APRIL 8th-28th: All who come to give blood will receive a $10 e-gift card to a merchant of choice. They will also automatically be entered for a chance to win one of two $7,000 gift cards.
