Goodwill Chillicothe Childcare Open House August 3rd

(Chillicothe) – Goodwill Childcare will be hosting an Open House on August 3rd for parents and families interested in having their child attend the new Chillicothe center.

Those attending will have the chance to check out the center, ask questions, and meet our staff including teachers and Childcare Administrator Mary Anne Queen who has nearly eight years of experience as a paraprofessional in the Athens City Schools working with children with disabilities and a decade of experience as a licensed home childcare provider.

“We are excited to meet the families and children who are interested in attending the center and share with them our vision to be a premiere provider of childcare services by valuing all children as individuals and being a trusted partner and beacon of positivity in the lives of children and their families,” Queen said. “We are in the final steps of readying the center for the state licensure inspection and can’t wait to open.”

The Open House will be from 4pm-7pm August 3rd at the center, which is located at 2541 Western Avenue next to the Goodwill store. The center initially will provide services for up to 34 children ages 0-4 each day with plans to expand in 2024.
