(Wilmington) – The National Weather Service Bureau in Wilmington, Ohio is offering an Advanced Spotter Class on Saturday, April 30th.
They will go into details about forecasting severe weather, how radar works, and some finer detail on storm structure to help trained spotters know what they’re looking for.
