Pike County Land Reutilization Corporation will be accepting sealed bids for these properties until 3pm Friday January 19, 2024.
The bid packets can be obtained at the office of the Pike County Treasurer’s Office, 230 Waverly Plaza, Suite 300, Waverly, Ohio 45690.
Bids must be returned to the Pike County Treasurer’s Office no later than 3pm January 19, 2024.
Bid Opening will be 1pm Thursday January 25, 2024, at the Pike County Government Center Conference Room, 230 Waverly Plaza, Waverly, Ohio 45690.
