(Portsmouth) – Mark the date of March 1st on your calendar if you are looking for employment or a a business looking for employees. The Scioto County Community Action Commission will host a Job Fair between 10am-2pm that day at the Scioto County Welcome Center 342 2nd Street in Portsmouth.
