Sunday’s drawing for the Southeast District Boys Division II Tennis Tournament features Luke Frost (Athens) as the top Singles seed while Caden Nibert and Cam McKenzie (Waverly) took the top seed in Doubles.
The tournament schedule was to begin Monday May 8th and conclude Tuesday May 9th but has been moved to Wednesday May 10th and finish up Thursday May 11th at the Portsmouth High School Tennis Courts. See the SE District Brackets
Other seedings for Singles has Landon Smith (Jackson) second seed, Charlie Neal (Minford) third seed and Ben Thomas (Unioto) fourth seed in the 57 player Singles bracket.
Other seedings for Doubles set the team of Lucas Hanes/Mason Thornsberry (Unioto) as second seed with Justice/Glockner (Minford) as third seed and Choi/Kohn (Athens) taking fourth seed in the field of 38 teams. The District Tournament is scheduled for Wednesday May 17th at Ohio University.
