(Chillicothe) – Mike Throne, president and CEO of the Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce, will chair the board of the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Ohio (CCEO) for 2023. That according to the Chamber’s newsletter released on Wednesday.
Throne was elected to the position for the only professional association for men and women employed by local chambers of commerce. Founded in 1916, CCEO serves more than 150 members at about 130 local chambers.
Two other Chillicothe-Ross CEOs have served as CCEO chair – Marvin Jones in 2010-11 and Robert Muckler in 1966-67.
