Unioto High School’s dominance of SVC Fall Sports in 2023 continued Saturday, as both the boys and girls cross country teams won team titles at Adena High School. They joined the Unioto football, volleyball and girls soccer teams to claim SVC team championships this Fall.

Unioto Boys won their 9th straight SVC crown and 22nd in school history. The Shermans have claimed every conference cross country team title, except one, since 2001. That was in 2014 when Piketon won it. The Unioto Girls won their third straight SVC Cross Country Championship and 11th in school history.

Adena’s Ryan Richendollar won the boys individual championship with a time of 16:31.1, while Unioto’s Caden Larue was runner-up at 16:42.2.
